Politique d’expédition

All items are shipped with tracking from Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and UPS. Some parcels may require a signature. Tracking will be added to your account and sent via Txt message/Email.

We accept international orders from all over the world, with overseas shipping available from as little as £15. Our website will calculate the shipping costs you will be required to pay at the checkout.

On rare occasions, particularly on the larger volume orders or on orders that we don't necessarily hold stock of, we may ask for extra shipping fees in line with the quote we are given from FedEx or DPD respectively.

Overseas buyers are liable for any local vat or import charges. We are NOT responsible for any duty & tax invoices that may come through to you from overseas couriers or customs.

If these customs fees are not paid or you do not provide any information to customs if required from them, your order will be returned to ND Tuning. In this case, ND Tuning are NOT responsible for any fees that we will be charged with for a failed delivery.

These fees will be need to be paid for by the consignee, if the consignee fails to pay these fees, they will be deducted from any refund you may require.
